Privacy Tech Products Hold Promise but Sector Faces Hurdles

Over 740 companies now sell technology products that claim to address privacy concerns, a new report says. “Defining the Privacy Tech Landscape 2021” surveys the privacy problems that current and future privacy tools might address, and highlights hurdles for the fledgling industry and the challenges that customers face in selecting products. We discussed the development, selection and adoption of privacy tech products with Discernible Inc.
