GM CCO Talks Data, Culture, ESG and Scope Creep

With regulators expecting more from compliance programs – such as sophisticated data analytics and heightened ESG standards – the role of the compliance officer continues to increase in complexity. As the chief compliance officer and assistant general counsel at General Motors, Michael Ortwein is on the front lines.
