The Pandemic Effect: How Compliance and Enforcement Are Evolving

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact businesses in myriad ways, compliance officers must adapt their programs to the remote environment and continue to meet regulators’ expectations. This article discusses the current enforcement landscape, enhanced risks, how compliance officers are adapting and potential opportunities for creating forward-looking policies.
