Managing Vendor Contracts From the Data Controller's Perspective

The risks associated with vendor access to data are a growing concern that affect most businesses, regardless of industry. To help data controllers navigate data privacy and security issues associated with vendor contracts, in a webinar earlier this year, the Cybersecurity Law Report’s Jill Abitbol and Sentinel LLP’s Aaron Weller discussed the principal privacy laws that affect vendor contracts, administration and tracking of vendor agreements, key contract provisions and vendors’ use of AI.
