Privacy Resolutions for 2022

Faced with the challenge of navigating the proliferation of new privacy laws and accompanying legal and regulatory risks around the world, organizations should view the start of the year as an opportunity to assess the effectiveness of their existing privacy programs and what initiatives they need to undertake in the coming months. The Cybersecurity Law Report spoke with several experts about where companies should direct their attention and resources when setting privacy and cybersecurity priorities for 2022 and compiled the top themes, including how to overcome the challenges these efforts may present. This second installment contains 11 measures companies should take to improve their privacy programs.
