What to Expect From the FCC and FTC Under the Biden Administration

A change in administration often means a change in the priorities of federal agencies. A recent Morgan Lewis program examined the current state of affairs at the FCC and FTC, emerging hot button issues, recent Supreme Court decisions that affect those agencies’ regulatory and enforcement efforts, and how those agencies address – and occasionally clash over – privacy and other issues. The program featured Morgan Lewis partners Ronald W. Del Sesto, Jr., and Gregory T. Parks. See “How Do You Put a System of Controls in Place When Your Target Keeps Moving?” (Mar. 31, 2020).
