IBM, eBay and Walgreens CPOs Outline 10 Steps for Building AI Governance

AI may save labor in many realms, but AI oversight remains labor intensive. CPOs from eBay, IBM, Pfizer and Walgreens shared their practical experiences building AI governance during a session at the International Association of Privacy Professionals’ recent annual Privacy.Security.Risk conference. The panelists distilled their recommendations and insights for privacy teams that are adding AI responsibilities into 10 operational steps.
